Collaborations are fast becoming a thing within the fashion world, from celebrity collaborations, to brands collaborating with one another to give target audiences limited and exclusive products/services. Last year we saw Tanya Burr a beauty blogger/YouTuber launch her collaboration with Very for AW14 and it was a huge success. This year there has been more collaborations of the same kind (bloggers and brands) within the fashion and beauty industry.
Which brings me to the main reason of this post, Deichmann a major affordable, German shoe and sportswear retail brand launches a collaboration with fashion blogger Hanneli Mustaparta on a capsule collection for AW15. In leading to the success of the Blogger Collection by Caroline Mode last year, Deichmann has done it again bringing forth yet another Blogger Collection. Deichmann are not new to the collaborative world, over the years they have worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood to deliver A-List style to our feet. Previous collaboration collections have been designed by celebrities including Halle Berry and Cindy Crawford.
As a brand, Deichmann strives to marry fashion with affordability, making them the essential destination for those ‘must-have’ fashion fixes and the Hanneli Mustaparta capsule collection for AW15 does not fall short in delivering just that! The collection consists of 10 pairs of shoes, from stylish loafers for work, to casual comfy slip-ons, to ‘night out with the girls’ heels. The collection has all you need to brave this winter in style.
I feel honoured to have had the privilege to be one of the first people to announce the launch and also get my hands on the collection! I was gifted with 2 pairs of shoes (of my choice) to style and share with you guys. I opted for some chunky heeled ankle boots and some pretty Slip-ons. The collection has been designed with great attention to the current trends, and the quality of which it has is immaculate, which surprised me when I saw the price points. As Deichmann is known for it affordability and not compromising on quality, this has gone without a hitch with this collection; the price ranges from as little as £14:99 – £39.99.
