Toni&Guy @50

Toni&Guy has come a long way to celebrate their 50th Birthday anniversary and they pulled all the stops!(literally). Toni&Guy celebrate their 50th birthday anniversary of hair, fashion and heritage in a big way by throwing the first ever hairdressing festival like party for all their in-house team worldwide (and I got invited! Lucky me right) courtesy of my mate Ondo Lady, among the guest were PRs,fashion and hair bloggers. The event took place at Knebworth House in Stevenage Hertfordshire, which feature two stages, two campsites (tent campsite and Glamping site), food trucks, fairground rides, bars and pampering pop-ups from Essie, ghd and L’Oreal Professional.
Headlining the show was Iggy Azalea, labrinth and Tinchy Stryder with beatbox Breadyman (pour talent) who came on stage pretending to be a “colour chemist from Stuttgart as a gift from Wella Professionals” so he said until he dropped the beat! and everyone went crazy. Not forgetting the main reason while we all gathered we were shown well put together presentations that provide just why Toni&Guy have stood the test of time for the last 50years. We missed the marching Band opening as we got there a bit late (but nevertheless) it all kicked off with the Mascolo family welcomed the crowd with the phrase “Only just begun” despite the fact that their are celebrating their 50th birthday anniversary. And then they carried onto the Toni&Guy awards…We had first look at Fashion Week presentation from Giles and Jean-Pierre Braganze (2of many shows that Toni&Guy style as offical sponsors of London Fashion Week).

The team launched their new education collection 50/50, key looks from their work at London Fashion Week and their award winning avant-grade collections with iconic looks from the past 50years of Toni&Guy.
