The Puffer, The Better

The cold hit us so hard, it hurt very much. I have a love and hate relationship when it comes to Winter. I love it because of the Autumn Winter colors, you can get away with dressing like a homeless person with all the layer of cloth just to stay warm and cozy. And I hate it because it starts to get dark from 4pm, prompting you that the day is over and you haven’t got things done and time waits for no one! With the much-anticipated Autumn Winter finally here (only for fashion sake), I figured it’s time for a new warm winter jacket. I’ve always wanted a puffer jacket for a while, but couldn’t find the right one. I had my eye on a particular puffer jacket from Zara since the beginning of the season, but something just wasn’t right…

This season latest trend has taken shape in different styles from high-end to high-street fashion. As a high-street shopper kind of person, I bagged myself a bargain from good old Primark. Initially, I wanted the Camouflage quilted jacket from Zara, but didn’t like the fact it had ‘WHATEVER‘ printed in bold at the back of it. So when I found a similar style in black at Primark for a fraction of the price Zara was asking, I was delighted. If Zara’s one was plain with no print, I would have definitely gone for that one…I mean the camouflage print was everything! But I’m pretty happy with my super budget puffer jacket from Primark. It’s cheap (but looks expensive), it’s black (very versatile), and it’s mine!

Are you a puffer jacket fan? If so tell me which one you would go for, Zara or Primark?
